30. dubna 2025 navázal první EME spojení mezi EU a Asií Manfred DL7YC s Mitsuem JA1WQF.
Hello 47GHz EME folks,
As you may have already heard from Manfred, the 47GHz EME QSO between JA1WQF = DL7YC was completed yesterday on April 30th. There have been many difficulties, but I am very happy that in 2025, when conditions will improve, the results have come as predicted. As the situation is expected to worsen in the future as shown below, we have decided to give up on trying again after 2022. This was during the COVID-19 pandemic. What makes me happiest is that we were able to complete the QSO, and more than anything, that everyone here is healthy and well.
